Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) / Assistant Manager to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience for guests in Owensboro, KY.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit and develop Teammates, and assume store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager. The role involves training, coaching, merchandising, and day-to-day store leadership tasks to ensure strong guest service and store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities required.
• Aptitude for coaching and developing Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations.
• Provide legendary customer service and sales leadership.
• Train and motivate Teammates; lead by example during shifts.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new Teammates.
• Support visual merchandising and inventory processes.
