Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead sales, merchandising and store operations. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates, train others, and assume Store Manager duties in their absence.

The role builds on the AIT pathway with additional leadership responsibilities. The position emphasizes delivering legendary guest service, driving sales, managing merchandising, and ensuring daily store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with showmanship, customer service and attentiveness.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates to meet Buckle standards and store goals.
• Coordinate visual merchandising, zones and planograms with urgency and accountability.
• Oversee operations, security, POS procedures and loss prevention in daily store tasks.
• Assist Store Manager in scheduling, training, and staffing to support business needs.
