Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) to partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team. This role focuses on creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests, while performing sales, merchandising and operational duties.

The AIT will develop teams, recruit Teammates, and assume Store Manager duties in their absence. The position progresses toward an Assistant Manager role with expanded responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; retail experience a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train and develop teammates.
• Wamiliar with basic store operations and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service to drive loyalty.
• Lead by example in sales presentations and product knowledge.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment, training and scheduling.
• Mentor Teammates and ensure high standards of visual merchandising.
• Support daily operations and ensure a clean, organized store.
