Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail or guest services is a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and leadership.
• Lead by example in guest service and sales presentations.
• Recruit, train, and motivate Teammates to meet Buckle standards.
• Ensure visual standards and inventory processes are maintained.
