Job summary

This role works closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and motivate Teammates, and to train as an Assistant Manager in leadership duties. The position involves managing sales generation, merchandising, and daily store operations, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager, and with responsibilities in training and leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three months related retail experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with showmanship and coaching Teammates to perform.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates for store leadership roles.
• Oversee visual merchandising and zone ownership to drive sales.
• Ensure store operations, security, and loss prevention are followed.
