Luna Wireless is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading and developing the store team to deliver T-Mobile’s customer-centric goals. You will drive expert product knowledge, coach Mobile Associates, and ensure a seamless, satisfying customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Infuse store’s Mobile Assistant with passion for customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met and resolve issues to build confidence.
• Conduct observations of Mobile Associates for training and coaching.
• Manage customer wait times and stay up to date on products and promotions.
• Lead by example and coach team to meet monthly success metrics.
• Maintain store environment and visual displays per standard.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications; manage expenses.
