Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the showroom and implement service programs.
• Assist the store manager with staffing, coaching, and training compliance.
• Coordinate recruiting tasks and interviews with management.
