Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead the store team in delivering outstanding customer service to retail and professional customers. You will supervise daily showroom operations, coach staff, and partner with the store manager to meet goals.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, recruiting support, maintaining policy adherence, handling returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing and timely order processing.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist training and customer service leadership experience.
• Assistant manager certification or equivalent leadership training.
• RSS and parts-related certifications are preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Work with the store manager to staff peak retail hours and manage scheduling.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting tasks, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure proper phone coverage and adherence to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and transfers promptly and contact customers on shipment.
• Manage outside purchases and special orders efficiently and per procedure.
• Handle returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Coordinate with messages, merchandising tasks, and adherence to schedules.
• Perform opening/closing duties, cash handling, deposits, and security checks.
• Oversee store maintenance and delivery vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.
