Qualifications

• Scheduling availability to meet business needs is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales.
• Recruiting and developing team members; maintain strong relationships with Store Manager peers.
• Ensure execution of company processes and Omni-channel initiatives.
• Oversee inventory, payroll hours, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Adhere to safety and loss prevention policies and protect store assets.
