Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience.
• At least 1+ year of prior management experience.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision and directs associates to achieve daily goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Trains and develops teams, recruits when required, and coaches to improve performance.
• Ensures execution of company processes, including Omni-channel fulfillment.
• Manages store inventory, scheduling, and payroll hours to meet business needs.
• Maintains store safety and protects company assets, adhering to policies.
