KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a welcoming, high-energy customer experience.

You will coach associates, drive sales, hire and develop staff, and ensure brand standards on the sales floor and in back stock while maintaining safe, efficient operations and community engagement through events.

Competenze

• 3+ years retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
