KnitWell Group, the operator of White House Black Market store in Rancho Cucamonga, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead the team and deliver a customer-first experience. You will drive financial results, coach staff, and maintain brand standards in-store.

Responsibilities include team leadership, hiring support, product knowledge sharing, and ensuring safe, compliant operations while leveraging an omni-channel approach to serve customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the financial goals of the store and motivate the team.
• Assist in the hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management, daily replenishment, and inventories.
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and business practices.
