Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in assets control for the store.
• Collaborate to set action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence.
• Support personnel recruitment, training, and evaluation.
• Guide employees and customers across departments when needed.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Ensure quality customer service per manuals and procedures.
• Perform administrative duties and be trained in Store Manager responsibilities.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the store.
