You will help with selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling while ensuring outstanding customer service and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Develop action plans with the Store Manager for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Step in for the Store Manager in their absence and supervise staff as needed.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Ensure profitability by monitoring inventory, sales stats, and expenses.
