Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day‑to‑day store operations and merchandising.
• Supervise staff in the Store Manager's absence and support scheduling, training and evaluations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promote merchandise across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support store profitability.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures as outlined in manuals.
