Job summary

Hibbett I City Gear Milledgeville is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store leadership and daily operations in the Milledgeville Mall. You will assist in selling, merchandising, restocking, and scheduling while upholding company standards and delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual capable of training staff and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of the store.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist in overall personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
