Qualifications

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Act as the store lead in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Ensure inventory, sales stats, and expenses support profitability.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise; maintain policy adherence.
