You’ll manage store operations, recruit and develop staff, and collaborate with the leadership team to execute strategies and ensure smooth operations across Visual Merchandising, HR, and selling.

• Collaborate to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team is on track to exceed goals and deliver best-in-class customer service.
