J.Crew Group (JCG) seeks an Assistant Manager to join its leadership team in a high-velocity fashion retail environment. You will drive profitability through authentic customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement, while coaching the sales team to maximize performance.

You’ll collaborate with the Store Director and leadership team to adapt strategies for business success, ensuring smooth operational support and a positive guest experience. Flexibility to cover shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail management experience.
• Passion for supporting brand, customers and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility and courtesy in tasks.
• Innovate and adapt with strong problem-solving skills.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Support Store Director and Associate Store Manager to impact business results with brand connection.
• Own division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist recruiting, training and development efforts when needed.
• Collaborate to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to enhance customer connection.
• Develop community engagement and loyalty through events.
• Step into various roles on the shop floor when required.
