You will collaborate with senior store leadership to adapt strategies for business success and ensure smooth operational support, with flexibility across part-time and full-time roles as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results and profitability.
• Own your division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development efforts as needed.
• Foster a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and provides best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to boost authentic customer connections.
• Create engaging community events to build loyalty.
• Step into various sales floor roles as needed.
