You’ll coach the sales team, support hiring and development, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Passion for brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends.
• Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Able to bend, reach, and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to drive profitability and brand success.
• Own your division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a cooperative work environment.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and delivers best-in-class service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions for associates to boost customer connection.
• Develop community engagement and loyalty through events.
• Stage into various sales floor roles when required.
