Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising and scheduling.
• Lead in absence of Store Manager and help recruit/train staff.
• Provide guidance to staff and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department standards are met.
