Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Lead in the Store Manager's absence and supervise staff.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to customers and employees across departments.
• Ensure inventory awareness, profitability and adherence to procedures.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and promote merchandise.
• Protect company assets and information through internal controls.
