Job summary

rag & bone is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in a role focused on operations, customer experience, and staff development. You will coach supervisors and associates while delivering best-in-class client experiences and maintaining store standards.

You will participate in our bonus programs and contribute to a positive, customer-centric environment, collaborating with Visual Merchandising and Buying to optimize product presentation and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty retail experience with 1+ year in a management role
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff
• Strong customer service and clienteling skills
• Experience managing store operations and payroll processes

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques and build loyalty
• Train staff on all store operations from register to stock room
• Maintain cash handling and register procedures
• Oversee payroll procedures and store scheduling
• Delegate to drive efficient operations and develop team members
• Coach staff to meet store goals and recruit/train new hires
• Develop and execute store business plans to drive performance
• Analyze sales data to set strategies and achieve goals
• Build and manage clientele through product knowledge and service
