Job summary

rag & bone in New York seeks a Store Manager to embody the brand culture and elevate the customer experience. You will oversee store operations, coach staff to deliver best-in-class service, drive top-line sales, and manage recruitment and development across the team.

You will lead payroll, scheduling, inventory control, and align with Visual Merchandising and Buying on product assortment while ensuring a positive, client-centric environment that reflects the rag & bone lifestyle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty retail with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales, profitability and KPIs.
• Strong clienteling and customer relationship management.
• Experience in payroll, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and coach all staff toward best-in-class service.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop associates and managers.
• Analyze sales data to set strategies and achieve goals.
• Ensure accurate payroll and scheduling adherence.
• Maintain product knowledge and coach on clienteling.
• Partner with People Team on hires and HR processes.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Buying on assortment.
