Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to drive sales and guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide leadership.

The role progresses from AIT to Assistant Manager with increased responsibilities. You will lead Teammates, train staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining store standards and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related retail experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervision and staff development.
• Provide legendary guest service and support Merchandising and operations.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and checkout flow.
• Recruit, train and coach Teammates to perform duties and meet company standards.
