Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help deliver the best possible shopping experience. The role supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team across sales, merchandising, and daily operations, while also recruiting, training, and coaching Teammates.

As a progression from the AIT position, the Assistant Manager role includes higher level duties and leadership responsibilities to support store performance and guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related retail experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Buckle mission by delivering excellent Guest service and leading by example.
• Assist Store Manager and Leadership Team with sales, merchandising and operations.
• Recruit, train and motivate Teammates; participate in leadership development.
• Develop sales goals with Store Manager and manage in-store performance metrics.
• Demonstrate ownership of store's sales performance and product presentation.
