Qualifications

• Two years of related experience or training in retail/ customer service.
• Prior management experience is preferred in retail and/or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must be able to train, develop, and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Able to communicate with customers and staff in English and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state and company SOPs.
• Coach and develop the team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory and assist with budget planning.
