Trulieve in North Port, FL, seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store operations, inventory tracking, and staff management. You will ensure regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities include coaching a 40+ member team, managing labor budgets, and resolving patient issues, with opportunities for monthly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service areas is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Able to communicate in conversational English with customers and team members; operate devices and follow safety procedures.
• Proven ability to analyze data and inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.

Responsabilités

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate and ensure compliance with all SOPs; relay changes to staff.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain relationships with business partners and support teams.
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget to meet business needs.
