Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store personnel, overseeing inventory, and ensuring efficient daily operations while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

The role requires at least two years of related experience and prior management in retail or customer service, with strong leadership, communication, and a proven ability to coach a 40+ person team. Flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Requires two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Must communicate in conversational English to work with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company SOPs.
• Coach, train, and develop the team to meet objectives and standards.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory and assist in managing labor budget.
• Handle patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
