Job summary

Trulieve in Florida is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the General Manager on strategies, staffing, and inventory management to meet performance goals.

The role requires strong leadership, cash-handling experience, and the ability to train and develop a 40+ person team while maintaining brand standards and regulatory compliance. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must possess ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism for all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and sales.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Communicate SOP changes to employees and teams.
• Coach and develop a 40+ person team to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations on duty.
• Maintain relationships with business partners.
• Assist GM in managing labor budget.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
