Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent patient service. Reporting to the General Manager, you will help manage inventory, enforce regulatory standards, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

You will coach a team of 40+ employees, handle cash and budget aspects, and resolve patient issues with professionalism. This role requires flexible hours and a strong commitment to confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with state-specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and work with the General Manager and other leaders to ensure changes are communicated to employees.
• Coaching, training, and development to the team focused on service standards and accountability to meet objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners.
• Assist the General Manager in managing labor budget to meet the needs of the business.
