Trulieve is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in leading store teams, managing inventory, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, scheduling, and adherence to state regulations across daily operations.

Ideal candidates have retail leadership experience, cash handling skills, and the ability to coach a 40+ employee team.

Formación

• Requires two years related experience and/or training or equivalent education/experience.
• Prior management experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; maintain confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English; operate standard office equipment.
• Proven ability to analyze data and inform policies and procedures.
• Ability to interact with customers and team members respectfully.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the General Manager to plan strategies to drive service standards and sales.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state regulations.
• Communicate and implement SOPs and changes to employees.
• Coach and develop the team to meet objectives and standards.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty.
• Maintain professional relationships with business partners.
• Assist in managing the labor budget to meet business needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
