Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach sales specialists, manage daily operations, and ensure store merchandising aligns with brand standards.

You will partner with the General Manager to own store metrics, hire and develop talent, and create a welcoming retail environment that makes customers confident in Victra's wireless solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods

Responsibilities

• Lead store team: talent management, coaching, and development
• Own store metrics: drive sales targets and customer traffic on the floor
• Manage daily operations: cash handling, merchandising, and store readiness
