Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive customer-focused results. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, and merchandising while ensuring exceptional in-store experiences.

You will mentor and develop the team to meet aggressive sales goals, manage credit and cash handling, and collaborate with store leadership on planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching capabilities to develop a high-performing sales team.
• Strong customer service background in retail or equivalent.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a commissions-based environment.
• Experience with interviewing and staffing decisions for store teams.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain store performance under pressure.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Talent management: selecting, hiring and developing the best store talent.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring decisions to build a strong team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
