Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless sectors preferred.
• 1–2 years in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting transactions.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Identify skill gaps and build development plans to meet quotas.
• Oversee store operations, staffing, and financial reporting.
• Ensure planogram compliance and effective merchandising.
• Manage opening/closing activities and store uptime.
