Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coaching sales specialists and driving top-line results. You’ll guide daily operations, set performance targets, and ensure an exceptional in-store customer experience that reinforces our brand and wireless offerings.

In this role, you will train and motivate your team, manage inventory and merchandising, and contribute to achieving store goals.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and guiding daily transactions.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with the sales team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and merchandising in line with company standards.
• Open and close store, ensuring compliance and smooth workflows.
