Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional retail experience.
• Experience in training, merchandise ordering/receiving/stocking preferred.
• Computer skills including Google Workspace and Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive environment.
• Bridge customer service with corporate to resolve issues.
• Promote company initiatives, loyalty programs and donations.
• Create effective work schedules for the area.
• Guide and support team to complete tasks and stay motivated.
• Assist in training store associates for growth.

• Ensure accurate pricing, signage, and backroom stock management.
