Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Training, merchandising, receiving and stocking experience.
• Computer skills: Google suite and Qlik.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster inclusivity.
• Bridge customer service between store and corporate.
• Create efficient work schedules for area.
• Support training for store associates.
• Manage merchandise presentation and pricing accuracy.
• Ensure safety and store maintenance standards.
• Open/close procedures when designated.
