Job summary

Rebel Convenience Stores in California is seeking a Retail Area Manager to oversee 7–10 stores, drive sales, profitability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead store managers, implement company policies, and ensure safety and inventory controls across locations.

This role rewards leadership with growth opportunities, benefits, and a path to promote from within. Travel to nearby stores is required, with nights/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 7 Eleven Experience preferred.
• Proven leadership in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
• Ability to manage multiple locations.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel to nearby stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store managers to exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets
• Oversee safety, inventory, and cash controls and ensure policy implementation
• Respond to customer feedback and maintain brand standards
• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and their teams
