Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple locations.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred).
• Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Must be flexible to travel to nearby stores for support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire store managers to exceed sales, margin, and profitability targets.
• Maintain a customer-centric shopping experience by responding to customer feedback and upholding brand standards.
• Oversee safety, inventory, and cash controls, and ensure policy compliance.
• Recruit, train, and develop store managers and their teams.
• Analyze business trends, manage budgets, and implement growth strategies.
