Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience or an equivalent combination of education.
• Proficient with Google platform (Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
• Preferred experience with HCM and Business Intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to maximize store revenue and achieve goals.
• Cover store operations in the Store Team Leader's absence.
• Reconcile daily funds according to closing procedures.
• Lead freight flow and maintain a well-organized backroom for rapid stocking.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and proper product placement.
• Recruit, train, and develop store associates; mentor high-potential staff.
• Ensure merchandising, cleanliness, and store presentation meet company standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain-store cleanliness and visual standards.
