Qualifications

• 4+ years of previous retail management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
• Preferred experience with HCM and Business Intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store operations to meet merchandising standards and goals.
• Manage backroom and freight flow with a 24-hour turnaround.
• Recruit, train, and develop store associates.
• Drive revenue through company programs and effective merchandising strategies.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
