You will drive profitability, manage inventory, and collaborate with store leadership to maintain visuals and standards while leveraging technology to optimize daily operations. On-site, full-time position in Clinton, CT.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Google platform (Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
• Preferred experience with HCM and Business Intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead store merchandising and operations to meet company standards.
• Allocate resources and drive backroom efficiency and freight flow.
• Develop and coach store associates to improve performance.
