Ocean State Job Lot is seeking a Store Area Team Leader to ensure merchandising standards, manage merchandise flow, and provide leadership to store teams. You will drive profitability, oversee daily operations, and mentor associates to deliver exceptional results.

In this role, you will optimize freight flow, backroom efficiency, and customer service while leveraging OSJL technology for scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day management. This fulltime position is based on-site.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of retail management experience or equivalent
• Proficient in Google platform (Workspace)
• Experience with HCM and BI tools preferred
