Responsibilities

• Open and close the Store, supervising Associates and maintaining a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes as needed.
• Maintain safety and security within the store and assist with loss prevention.
• Train and coach Associates on cash registers and front-end procedures.
