Responsibilities

• Open and close the store; supervise associates; maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment.
• Ensure proper merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
• Execute and supervise company operational processes as needed.
• Lead front-end operations to minimize customer wait times.
• Train and coach associates on cash registers and shortage control.
• Manage payroll administration and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with loss prevention and safety policies.
