Job summary

Läderach North America is seeking a highly organized Architectural Project Manager in Dallas to support planning, coordination, and execution of retail development projects.

This role oversees permitting, due diligence, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or accredited degree in architecture or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial/retail architectural design.
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD) and building code knowledge.
• Ability to review plans and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage permitting submissions and approvals with authorities.
• Conduct due diligence to determine project requirements and approvals.
• Review architectural and MEP drawings for compliance with standards.
• Coordinate site surveys and distribute documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and landlords across projects.
• Track milestones and maintain project documentation.
• Identify risks and develop timely mitigation plans.
• Support construction and store development teams with technical coordination.
