BRR Architecture seeks a licensed Architect to join our Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex studio. The Architect will contribute to design, coordination, and the production of construction documents across the full project lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on collaborative work within a team-focused environment.

We value professionals who mentor emerging talent and thrive in fast-paced studio settings, particularly with experience in commercial or grocery/retail projects in urban markets.

Qualifications

• Active architectural license is required.
• Professional accredited degree in Architecture preferred.
• Commercial and grocery/retail project background, especially in urban markets, strongly desired.
• Strong collaborative communication skills to interface with teammates and clients.
• Prior experience mentoring others and guiding junior staff.

Responsibilities
