Läderach North America is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to support the design and execution of retail development projects. You will design retail locations and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet brand standards.

You will lead test fits, floor plans, and full construction sets with MEP coordination, collaborating with Swiss partners and internal teams from concept through construction, while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Accredited architecture degree required.
• Minimum 7 years in commercial/retail architectural design.
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD/Revit)
• Strong knowledge of building codes and zoning.
• Experience across all project phases from schematic design to construction administration.

Architectural Project Manager

Läderach North America is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager to support the design and execution of retail development projects. This role will involve designing retail locations and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards. This position will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, and internal stakeholders.

What you can expect

• You will conduct test fits, create floor plans, and provide in-house designs
• You will coordinate with MEP engineers to create full construction sets
• You will collaborate with our Swiss partners to maintain global brand standards
• You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and landlords across the project lifecycle
• You will collaborate with the internal design team and support the construction team from design concept through construction
• You will be a flexible support role for the design team as needs change

What we expect from you

• You have strong knowledge of construction documentation, and MEP systems
• You have an eye for design intent and the overall customer experience
• You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• You have the ability to suggest value engineering solutions that can be executed in the field
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• You have proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit

Preferred Attributes

• You have experience with shopping malls, retail landlords, and commercial permitting authorities
• You have strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• You are self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• You have a background in architecture

Qualifications

• You have an accredited degree in architecture (or related field)
• You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial/retail architectural design
• You are proficient (Expert Level) in CAD software
• You have a strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and residential construction practices.
• You are experienced in all phases of project development, from schematic design to construction documentation and administration.
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with internal team members or departments.
• You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
• You are eligible to work in the US and located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area
